Ensure that the other sections set up is correctly achieved for each and ever shift (beginning and end of each shift included). Always check other Captains section for them and have them do it for yours.  If you have missed something they will probably pick it up as you might for them.

Processing of guests’ orders through the Micros system and follow up “to insure prompt service”

Checking all bills/checks prior to delivery to the host of each table to ensure that all bills/checks are correct and not absent of items or that the guest has not been over charged
收集每天的服务报告,应包括任何客人的问题,意见和表扬.这必须在每个服务时段后汇报给餐厅经理
Compile a daily report on service, any problems, comments and praise from customers should be included in this.This is to be passed to the Assistant manager at the end of each shift
